One of my all time favorite adventure films. Humphrey Bogart and Kate Hepburn do an outstanding job in the lead roles of Charlie Allnutt and Rosie. John Huston does a great job of directing this story in the African jungle. Bogart won a Best Actor Oscar for playing Charlie. Katherine Hepburn has written a book, The Making of the African Queen that is an entertaining book.
