One of Tarantino's better works of the decade using a gruesome event in 1969, QT weaves symbolic irony and twists to play with the ultimate fantasy machine called Hollywood. Led by superb performances by Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio uses their roles to weave the changing landscapes of the entertainment industry and the Sharon Tate massacre. It is at times confusing but it makes sense as the fantasy plays out as QT love letter to Hollywood.

This was one of the worst pictures of this genre because everything you needed to see occurred in the first 20 minutes and you dont learn anything new. In addition the quick cut editing kills the momentum in story telling and action needed in a movie like this. A recommendation of this same concept but better executed is the third act of Quentin Tarantino's "Jackie Brown". There you will see the different vantage points from different characters to tell a much richer story on how to execute an idea. Vantage is just Hollywood gimmickery
