One of the best shows I have EVER watched, "Shtisel" is a profoundly human story that plays on the struggles and triumphs, moments of joy, deep sorrow, affirmation, dreams and aspirations that crisscross all of our lives. The fact this takes place in a world that is alien to most of us, a world steeped in tradition and ruled by minute and precise ceremony, only contributes to highlight that which unites us all, our Humanity. I see myself in their struggles, cry with them, laugh with them. Thank you Netflix for bringing this jewel into the a wider audience. Mazel Tov indeed.
