Brilliant and inspiring film and a tribute to the power of literacy and education! An educational resource for schools in the UK and for policy makers in relation to education on climate change in the western world and in Africa. . The fundamental take away for me as Chair of School Aid - a charity committed to developing literacy in Lesotho, Malawi and South Africa is that the boy in the film would not have been able to have constructed the wind generated electricity apparatus with out literacy and access to a library- albeit in secret as his parents could not afford school. The key to his success was his resilience, self-reliance and the courage of his convictions.
