(36 hours of play time on PC using a PS5 controller)
Cons:
- It's just a Crew 2 DLC.
- No garage to display all of your cars.
- No dealerships to go to either.
- You get a loaned car for every race...
- Everything you need is on the menu, it feels extremely lazy.
- No large map which is what made The Crew.... The Crew.
- The steering is still absolutely horrendous - if you're not suddenly oversteering, you're understeering with no way of correcting yourself when you get into a fishtail out of every corner... I could go on.
Pros:
- Engine sounds are very good, especially flooring it through a tunnel.
- Cockpit view is great, coupled with the increased turning radius.
- Customisation is good but there is still no way to configure wheel sizes, offsets etc
Is it a worthy Forza Horizon competitor? I really wish it was, but it definitely isn't.
TLDR: Its a Crew 2 DLC essentially.
