With what we are facing in our country today this movie is a very real reminder of what happened not that long ago. Those who feel we are not in danger of our country facing this very real threat need to wake up. In spite of the horrors and sadness faced through out the film it did not escape me how quickly and easily Hitler took control and committed the most heinous crimes possible. Very thought provoking and the tenderness of the love story allows you to attach your self and feel the abuse the total decay, death and hopelessness all around You have become concerned and worry about the main characters, you can not imagine loosing them. They are not skeletons in a pile clever.
