American History X (1998) A Review : A grim and impactful piece of work, a thorough presentation of the subject racism. David McKenna's brilliant story and Tony Kaye's direction proved its worth on the screen. Over the top Norton's magnificent performance complete the circle. Sometimes simplicity is the key to surprise and it really works here and resulted to be a wonder. The movie smoothly displays the whole subject, racism. And scratch through many different aspects related to it in a realistic manner. Most importantly, how someone gradually misled and misguided that in some cases turned dreadfully. Serious and informative content watchers gonna find it interesting as it sincerely deals with provocation, vehemence and fury. _______ ⏩Insta- way_of_life_insta

Te3n (2016) An opinion : This whodunnit is good with power packed performance by Big B.👌 The film, based in Kolkata, where a child had been kidnapped and murdered, and after eight years of that incident while the grandfather of that child still searching for the kidnappers then another child was being kidnapped in the same method as the previous one. Now Big B was doing his own investigation to take down the kidnappers and on the other hand, the police Vidya Balan with the help of former police officer Martin, Siddiqui, doing their own. Now, what would have turned out! 😕 The film maintained the suspense till the end, and a well made suspense thriller. 👏👏 I didn't watch the original Montage (2013), but i can say Big B was phenomenal here. 😶 But, the execution would have been better. As the film may seemed little simplistic (depends upon you) or may be seems unbelievable (but that's ok). But, you can't deny it's a good suspense thriller. 😎 Among the Te3n (three) , Big B here clearly stealed the show. Though Siddiqui was also good as a padre and Vidya had done her job. Good movie. Not something HUGE or EXTRAORDINARY. But it has its own taste.

Monsoon Shootout (2013) An opinion : A fascinating thriller, an engaging chess game of police and gangsters, perfectly maintained the thrill from the beginning to the end. The basic theme was how our sudden decisions affect our future. Here, in the movie, the lead actor had three choices and three consequences, and everything was depended upon that very decision. So, what choice should he make? You want to know? Go and witness this brilliant piece of work. Inspired by a Hollywood style ( Mr Nobody (2009)) but, the way they present it they surely leave a mark. The cinematography was mindblowing. Then, the performances of the main actors, especially you just can't believe it was Vijay Varma's debutant performance, a gem of bollywood. And there was the big man Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who literally nailed his role. Bgm was astonishing. Songs were also amazing. "Pal" by Arijit was so catchy that we fell for it immediately. The editing was on a damn class. Now, of course the director has done a good job, cheers for him for giving us this. [It's 2020 and it's highly underrated. Aatma (2013) An opinion : Not like something awfully horrible but there are some little moments and things unique about the film in comparison with other Bollywood horror movies. Siddiqui as a supernatural being gave a nice performance. Though he looks more like a psychopath than a ghost, which i guess the director wanted. As they tried to keep everything realistic. Bipasha was awsome throughout the movie. I think she has this genre inside her always go well with this genre. Ok, first of all the movie was not a great horror movie. It's a small film and has some little horrific incidents but , if we compare it with common horror movies of Bollywood ----- I like the way it ends , not a usal way . Doesn't give too much importance on the saint and his functions. Death scenes were seemed cool and the mirror thing they did. And basically they keep everything very normal and realistic , not too much melodrama- high peach bgm,bollywood style worshipping songs and all that stuffs- which was pretty good. Miss Lovely (2012) A Review : A mature, deep and dark story of the C-grade film industry in 80's Mumbai. Really a bold and unconventional move taken by this team that presents the depth of this subject on the screen. The whole presentation was pretty raw and the cast did realistic acting. Nawaz, Anil George and Niharika S. everyone did fine. Though it seems a pretty low budget movie, but Ahluwalia's brilliance and Mohanan's cinematography finely worked. Talaash (2012) An opinion : A very fascinating crime thriller with mesmerizing execution. This is a love it or hate it type, but with both ways, you can't forget it (because the ending really sucks). ■Let's see why you would love it --- ♢The character sketch was impressive, every character was finely drawn out. Everyone had their own underlying 'talaash' (search) . Execution and presentation were pretty awsome. ¤Siddiqui clearly nailed his role and his character was finely justified at the end not like Kareena's (😂) . ¤Amir Khan plays it as smooth as butter , fabulous work , we never gonna forget this role of him . ¤Rani Mukherjee was wonderful in her character of a psychologically troubled housewife. ¤Kreena did her best. >>See, that's the one thing that really made this film special the characters who had well structured layers and finely portrayed by the fine actors and actresses. ♢The cinematography was really astonishing. ♢The bgm and vocals were also helped the movie to score up. ■Let's see why you could hate it--- ♢They should never have explained ending and better leave it upon the audience to interpret it on their own. But, not only they disclose one of biggest suspense, but also they seriously tried to justify what the audience was seeing actually true, by showing them some flashback scenes . The whole 10 or 15 mins of ending clearly killed the slowly build 2hr of suspense. ♢Now, you invited audience to show them a psychological thriller, but instead, you forced them to watch a horror movie. Yeah we can call it a MODERN CLASSIC. EXCELLENT movie. It got STYLE, ATMOSPHERE, TASTE . It's already been a decade and It'll surely be remembered in future times.

Ghoomketu (2020) An Opinion : Highly Disappointed! 😐 What's in the movie ? Just a mere parody on bollywood and a small town UP writer's Mumbai vlog, focused on Bollywood industry. 😃 A movie for kids, i guess. Beginning was good but with time it only became boring .😴 The way the movie was portrayed, nothing was there for Nawaz to show his charisma, he tried well as Ghoomketu but not match the expectations. Ila Arun's performance was nice though. 😕 It's another film where Siddiqui disappoints me in a lead role.It's not Siddiqui's fault , it's the maker's fault.😑 ______PEACE_____ [insta- @way_of_life_insta]
