There are so many potholes in the movie plot it is hard to count them. There were ways around them too. All Aunt May has to do is tell him he needs to help and just like that Spidey is trying to "fix" five villains. Oh and no he can't leave them in the cell. He has to take them with him to the apartment. Please!!
