Sarah and James Norton should get an award for their brilliant acting in this drama. The best one I’ve seen for a long time. It’s gripping! I bet appplications to to become detectives go up after watching the marvellous Sergeant Catherine tackle crime up North. She’s a brilliant advert for feminism as well. I hope the Police pick up a few tips from her!

Optical energy or what? Although it was enjoyable to watch, it was not very straightforward at the beginning and I hadn’t got a clue what was going on until we got to part four. However, there were brilliant interactions between characters such as mother and daughter plus the juxtaposition between the haves and the have nots was handled beautifully, by Erin Doherty who is a fantastic actress! Could watch it all again

Gino certainly takes the biscuit at times! I feel sorry for Gordon having to put up with him. However, his clownish antics are laughable. Love seeing the sights of Europe x

Loved this film because of its historical nature. However, while I believed they smoked constantly during those days, I’m sure they didn’t swear as much. I only wish there had been more captions for some of the celebs they portrayed. It was difficult at times working out who was who. It did show guys gentler side but was that true for the time?? I felt Tarantino was deconstructing our view of masculinity for that time in order to stand up for men in view of the metoo generation. Even Manson was seen as hesitant to kill but was encouraged by his female followers!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Can’t wait for the next episode. Made me realise how selfish baby boomers could be in their youth not realising what went on for their parents etc.

Brilliant loved it. It was the best show on TV all night. Pigs in jars ugh - hilarious though. Banky’s work incredible sale! What if it’s a fake? Who knows?
