If you're gonna focus on a city, in this case Dhaka, at least try to do a decent job. A film that is mainly set in Dhaka, in accordance to the plot does not consist any Bangladeshi crew, let alone any Bangladeshi actors. The supposedly Bangladeshi characters have so thick accents that it caused our ears to bleed. Furthermore, yes Dhaka has bad air quality, but that doesn't mean that our roads are akin to that of Damascus, overridden with overwhelming amounts of dust. Also, wildly inaccurate portrayal of the police uniforms, police vehicles and the taste of our people when it comes to music. The frustrating part is most if not all of the aforementioned issues would've been solved if there was just a solitary Bangladeshi director or producer. But hey, who can be surprised when a film based on a city is filmed outside the city of that country, with foreign actors, directors, writers and producers?
