May contain spoilers*** Some poor decisions made. Loose storyline that undervalued important characters such as the Hulk and Thor. The movie then seemed a tad silly when the directors tried to squeeze in every super hero some air time. Which, for most was not enough.
The movie did not do justice to these characters:
Hulk; we never find out why he refused to hulk out in the last movie, yes we can guess, but I would have liked to see him and banner resolve their differences. Also hulk doesn't hulk out in this movie or redeem himself in the slightest.
Thor; the God of thunder is made a running joke throughout and is left at the end without any direction or closure.
Dr strange; comes back, says 5 words, stops water from falling on people. The end.
Captain Marvel; turns up, leaves, gets a new haircut, comes back, has a 20 second fight with Thanos and then we dont see her again till the funeral scene.
Tony Stark; found happiness and some sort of peace with his daughter. Then risks losing her and then is killed off. I can't even articulate my grief.
Captain America retains his goody two shoes, obnoxious personality and pushed my hatred even more for him when he picked up Thors hammer. He then gets the happy ever after and goes back in time to spend his life with his sweetheart. Tbh, it would have been much better if he had died...lets face it, he had no family or ties to the future.
Cameo appearances from the other avengers which felt rushed and limited. The movie had powerful moments that provoked emotions and I read before hand that people were left crying at the raw emotional scenes. I also cried in that cinema, I cried with how bad the script was.
