This show was disappointing. You can tell it was made by artists and artists only with no consultation from the professionals. So many unbelievable and borderline dumb animals. Also, for it being the title of the show you don't actually get to go on alien worlds so much. 80% of the shows content is filmed on Earth, where they poorly explain how these alien species worked and why they evolved that way. They give you one, maybe two points about why the alien looks like this/does that and then drag it on for 15 minutes. This is just a horrible show if you have any interest in speculative biology. I hope that the next season can be more focused on the science and the actual alien worlds. If you haven't already, check out "Life Beyond" by MelodySheep.
