I have been a Delaware and Pennsylvania Realtor for 21 years (2000 starting year) and I will say that this program has broken my heart. I’ll try to bullet point my dissatisfaction to make it easier to read: 1. I have never seen any of the other Millionaire Real Estate programs show their agents physically calculating their commission??? To me it’s a slap in our face as African Americans showing that we’re financially thirsty. Even when they mentioned the commission on the other shows, you didn’t see phone calculators breaking out basically telling the audience if they were going to make enough money to pay their rent???? 2. The outfits were well beyond extra and although I’m for a little skin showing this was way beyond that. 3. Why are we competing against each other and verbally stating this via some of the scenes dialogue, already in the first season? 4. Why do we have to cuss/use soooo much vulgar language. I can tongue twist a good cuss out like the best of them but REALLY?? It’s too much. 5. Why are these agents looking and verbalizing as if they’ve never sold homes in this upper echelon of pricing but the other millionaire real estate shows have those agents moving and shaking? 6. I didn’t see Selling Sunset Female agents dismiss their bosses when there was a round table team meeting. So why are we disrespecting the Broker during the meeting. I’m all for a good reality show and watching these different states blaze in prices, style of home and yes your commissions compared to me 3% on an average $425000 sale… I’m jealous but this show needs to pop the way they do. Producers this is an embarrassment to my profession and me as an African American. We can do better and should demand better writing, scenes and editing. Love to see the changes. I binge watched Selling Sunset with this last season even with their shenanigans but this show I got through 5 episodes and had to take a break… Good luck and in my positive vein I wish you all the best and hope you can take constructive criticism and make changes and do us Realtors proud….
