This film was really eye opening for me as a person who lifts weights regularly, I've always thought my protein sources had to come from mainly eggs and meat sources, I was also unaware of how much damage agricultural farming had on the environment. I was that impressed I thought I'd give a plant based diet a go for a week , I'm 6 days in and the difference I felt is really noticeable, less bloating and certainly more lively on my feet around
work, i consider myself to be in pretty good shape but tend to be guided by what the mirror is telling me opposed to the scales , but I can see changes already and went from 94.4 kg to 93.8kg in these 6 days only, I'm going to continue with it as I'm feeling the benefits and I also feel like I'm doing my bit for the environment, however I'll not be giving up the turkey come Christmas day, I don't think my mum would forgive me !!!! I'd never ram anything down anyone's throat about what they should eat etc but I would definitely recommend watching the film and giving the diet a go for a short period to see how you get on
