A very solid show UNTIL I arrive went to Kiev. By making Kievan Rus a Christian nation almost SIX generations before the Baptism of Russia in 988, it felt like the show was inventing a "Christian" antagonist merely for the sake of being anti-Christian. I lost interest in the series at this point.

A good action flick that departs drastically from the book's first person account so much that it is really not "All Quiet on the Western Front" but rather another WWI movie with the same name as the book. It robs the piece of its power by changing the final scene to a big battle 15 min before the armistice, rather than the genuine "all quiet" report from which the book draws its name.

A well acted film with a very disjointed storytelling style. By making the movie a series of flashbacks from the point of view of an old woman, we never really GET why Margaret Thatcher was such a powerful figure. Worth watching once, but not more than that.
