It had a good start, then sharply feel off a ledge for me. It really felt lost and un-relatable. Then the race thing…shallowly conveying modern, racial stereotypes - cringe!…And I’m of Cree ancestry.

I wanted to like it, as I love the idea of a sweet little boy with telekinetic powers: A male Eleven from Stranger Things. I love the idea of a caring mom helping her young son hone his magical powers....but...the main charters of mother and son, Dion, are not likable. At times I thought the mom rude and insensitive and the little boy spoiled and unkind - especially to wheelchair bound "friend" Esperanza. Apart from this, there are loads of stereotypes, the acting is BAD, the writing is basic and undeveloped, and there is clearly some scenarios that are illogical. It lacked any bit of grit; Much like the made for TV Disney movies/shows, and left me completely disenchanted.

Don't bother with this insufferable show, it's overly used story troupes are Intolerable!!! (The following is a Cynical Rant) But of COURSE...Super Heroes, sorta...but these ones are Angsty Teen girls with attitude problems and a special gift...instead of guns...lazer hands!! Yep, lazer hands! Then, there's the U.S. Mellennial go to, the Demonization of Rural and White Christian Folks...blah, blah, blah...seriously, Rural and/or White Christians have become the new Zombies ("Watch out, the White Christians are Coming! To invite you to Bible study and pray for you to have eternal happiness...oh NOOOOO!!" ) Yep, Racial Tension is the New Pink...again...so injurious to American Civilization but who cares because there is LAZER HANDS (eye roll)...so the teens can do things like get out of School, pop tires, start batteries, and Kill people they don't like. Now as if this wasn't Eleven from Stranger Things enough, they have to throw in a Russian-ish girl, woman, girl, woman...who KNOWS? And because they are Russian-ish, they're blunt and insensitive, because all people from that part of the world are (reminder, this is a cynical rant)...then sprinkle in some generic male World Leaders, who, OF COURSE, are misogynistic, and some angry girl from England, a little bit of African JUJU and what do you get? This show.

Agents of Shield is my favorite of the Marvel action - adventures shows. In my opinion, It's far more sophisticated than many of the good vs. evil Marvel movies. The acting is great, costume, set, music, special effects all come together in a well written story about "undercover" agents in the service of mankind and life preservation. It's one of the best shows that TV has to offer!

Brilliant!! Acting, set, writing, production- all very well done. It feels mature and well thought out.

I love this show and am so sad to see it go. It's one of the few genuinely funny shows on tv.

Brilliant! Both protagonists are sophisticated, clever, and overtly attractive. The writing is playfully quick and creative. Beautiful set/background that is careful in its period details and certainly sets a nostalgic tone. Additionally, it addresses relevant modern social issues in a fresh, insightful way while remaining stylish and smart. I look forward to season two.

Shallow, historically inaccurate, unsophisticated for a period drama, too much gratuitous sex, lacking in detail, cheap, and disappointing. Leave it to Netflix to inject sleazy, unsavory, content in place of clever writing.

I love stories that has teen/tween girls not all obsessed with boys, bullying, drugs, & fashion. It’s really a story about a functional group of friends and family members who use magic in a way that unveils understanding, compassion, and creativity. It is also a story about friendship. I wish there were more stories like this, we need some good contemporary role models in today’s entertainment for kids. Also, the acting is believable and surprisingly well done.

Entertaining- the back drop is interesting, acting solid, good choice of actors, the details are like jigsaw puzzles, that’s what so interesting about it, the pieces seem to come together to make a full unique and interesting dark tale.
