Beautifully done. I am not sure how anyone could say this retelling wasn’t scary and Dracula wasn’t menacing. I absolutely cannot forget Dracula telling Harker “There’s nooo babyyy Johnny.” as he walks up the stairs with wriggling sack. I had to stop for a bit after that. The actor for Dracula is absolutely convincing, and charming. He’s also drop dead sexy. When he is outside the Convent naked and pacing about, I can’t say that I didn’t think that I might have been the one to invite him had I seen him outside talking about devouring me. Whewww, is he gorgeous.

You know a show is bad when you suffer all the way through it but at the last episode jump ship. I made it almost all the through but just couldn’t anymore. I found it almost impossible to focus on anything beside how terrible of an actress the lead actress is. As for the character, Nimue is unlikeable and has no character development throughout the first season. I am not sure how I can be expected to enjoy a show when the main character is cursed. However, Merlin, Father Carden, King Uther, and Pym have wonderful actors and are interesting characters.
