Not really sure where the low ratings are coming from but this game has been a wonderful experience for me personally. It's a combat game against a new age of high-tech Nazis taking over Paris with a satirically violent spinoff on the traditional combat experience. Although technically short to complete the main story the rest of the game features many side missions that take considerably more time to complete so you do get your run for your money. However, what really set this game apart for me was the graphical and combat aspects of the game. It is unquestionably my smoothest running higher-end game on my system. Even with Ray tracing enabled with DLSS quality mode I am seeing impressively stable FPS with nothing less than 100 in QHD on a 2080 Super or Ti. In addition to the aesthetically pleasing experience from the RTX reflections and nicely AA'd DLSS experience, the combat is so perfectly fluid especially at higher framerates and is an experience I wish was this well optimized on other games I have. Definitely recommended at least on PC to anyone looking for a fun and fluid single player or co-op campaign game.

Fantastic follow-up to far cry 5's story. Considering it's set in post apocalyptic times, the resource system is excellent and contrasts the feeling of abundance that Far Cry 5 has. One of the best features is that HDR support (at least on my system) has vastly improved on this game and I would recommend not playing without it on, as colors and vividness is unreal with it on. The only way I would improve this game is (PC only) with resource consumption optimization; using an overclocked 9900K and 2080 Ti I am getting massive CPU usage and strange GPU usage drops. This is literally the only game besides FC5 that does this on my system so I know my system is not set up for CPU bottlenecking. This is irritating because I will get frame rate drops down to 70 or lower FPS at times because my GPU usage is so unnecessarily low at times and my CPU will be up to 60% usage, which is unheard of for a 9900K when gaming. This is not an experience I paid for when buying the game or investing in my parts so I am disappointed this is not accounted for. Otherwise the game is fantastic and I highly recommend it to anybody looking for a fun but compelling adventure and action game.
