Fantastic follow-up to far cry 5's story. Considering it's set in post apocalyptic times, the resource system is excellent and contrasts the feeling of abundance that Far Cry 5 has. One of the best features is that HDR support (at least on my system) has vastly improved on this game and I would recommend not playing without it on, as colors and vividness is unreal with it on.
The only way I would improve this game is
(PC only) with resource consumption optimization; using an overclocked 9900K and 2080 Ti I am getting massive CPU usage and strange GPU usage drops. This is literally the only game besides FC5 that does this on my system so I know my system is not set up for CPU bottlenecking. This is irritating because I will get frame rate drops down to 70 or lower FPS at times because my GPU usage is so unnecessarily low at times and my CPU will be up to 60% usage, which is unheard of for a 9900K when gaming. This is not an experience I paid for when buying the game or investing in my parts so I am disappointed this is not accounted for.
Otherwise the game is fantastic and I highly recommend it to anybody looking for a fun but compelling adventure and action game.
