This movie is rather boring. How hard could it be to make a good movie about this subject? I was expecting much better. Would have been a good opportunity to comment more on material celebrity cultures influence on our youth. Maybe it tried to do that and I missed it. It seems to glamorize thievery and drug use. It relies on nice homes and youthful music too much and comes off rather vapid. What am I suppose to be feeling during this movie? It's the kind of movie that makes you want to try to make a movie, since you know you could do better. Did Sofia Coppola even interview the thief and victims or care? I don't get it.
