Excellent exposure of the powerful but very deceptive environment lobby. It also exposes the sad reality that the idealism of the environmental movement over some decades has achieved nothing of value - just monumentally confused people! I think it is right to call out unmitigated population growth as a serious problem, but the documentary also fails to recognise the importance of human ingenuity - I think both are necessary to contribute to the betterment of our planet. Capitalism has given us better quality of life than ever before, it should not be demonised, but it needs mass active participation of people, ie democracy - to be more effective. Democracy has too many drones for it to realise its full benefits. In my view we dont need new or additional elites, especially socialism. We need government by direct representation so that greed, selfishness and corruption is less easy to hide. We also need a vastly more questioning empirically based education system. This documentary is clear evidence the current educational model is failing – but what it raises begs a sequel.
