It's still Cinderella, though it could've been executed better. Everyone except Cinderella and the King sang really well: Cinderella sounded heavily autotuned and the King was intentionally bad. The Stepfamily was more human than in most stories, which was nice, and the fairy godmother was AMAZING. Overall the movie itself was just kind of boring. Too much time spent singing for no other reason than to sing, to the point where it felt like the movie was just trying to push a singing career for the lead actress. And I say this as someone who absolutely loves musicals. Some parts were hilarious, but those were few and far-between. At the end of the day, it wasn't a bad movie, it just wasn't good either.
