I’ve been playing FIFA since 2000 on Playstation 1. I find it truly astonishing that a game that draws £1.5bn per year in revenue is so fundamentally terrible. Pro Clubs and Career Mode are shambolic and simply do not complete their basic functions. The game has clearly been made solely to cater for competitive players on Ultimate Team which has become a total joke. It takes a matter of weeks until the first special cards are released and every other team has an icon before Christmas. For the first time in 20 years I will not be buying the next FIFA if it’s anything like the current money-driven mess that is this game
