Although the movie is very dated, I mean it's just shy of being 50 years old, it tells it's story without using th3 gimmick of the day. It is well worth watching and could use a serious remake that pays homage to the original. Not like that poor excuse of a remake in 2002. A true sci-fi classic from the 70s.
