The movie was long, boring and disappointing. My Son and I are movie enthusiasts and we were looking forward to Ad Astra. Under the (false) impression that it somehow took up where “Space Cowboys” left off, nothing could be further from the case. The ONLY correlation is the brief appearance by Tommy Lee Jones. Brad Pitt gives an emotional performance as a distraught Son but if you are going in the hopes of gazing upon his beautiful face, don’t because most of the time he’s hidden behind the space helmet! 👎👎
