I am writing to explain my experience with PhoneSoap, which was showcased on Live with Kelly and Ryan, PDT in CA.
I visited their site right after the show and found that already most colors were "Sold Out."Â And, the admonition: "Only While Supplies Last."
White was the only color still available so I ordered it just prior to this last color being "Sold Out."Â Â Upon completion, I was informed to watch for a confirmation email.
1. The confirmation notification has never arrived.
2.  My credit card was charged immediately.
3. Considering how quickly they were "Sold Out," I can only
assume the supply available for this promotion was
minuscule.Â
It would be great for the company to receive all that publicity by suggesting an attractive discount and then have an "Only While Supplies Last" restriction. Based upon how quickly they were "Sold Out," it is obvious they had no intention of making an adequate supply available for the anticipated response.  A super scam.Â
I am inquiring: when you select these vendors, must they have a certain number committed to the promotion or can they simply display "Only While Supplies Last" and make a ridiculous minimum number available?Â
That is obviously what occurred here. Sadly, it tarnishes Kelly and Ryan and their fun show.
Sincerely,
S.D. Miller
