The book looks fine, but overall very disappointed in boards like the "Dim Sum Board". There is nothing on that board that screams "dim sum" to me--it would be appreciated if non-Asian bloggers do their homework before trying to educate others on how to make a "dim sum" board that primarily consists of Japanese dried snacks and pocky sticks. But honestly, most of this stuff you can find on pinterest or on the web. I wouldn't spend the money on this unless you want a coffee table book for someone to look at.
