Why is nobody talking about this show? It’s a masterpiece! From the get-go, the first episode plays with strong symbolism and thoughtful exposition. Finally, there’s a pilot that doesn’t feel the need to explain everything through character thoughts and dialogue but through careful action and rhetoric. The actors have great chemistry and the father and son dynamic is addicting. My only concern is that the love interest and the main character are connecting too fast as they keep “accidentally” falling into each other’s arms. They need more banter and barriers that would keep them apart to keep the relationship from happening too quickly. If this show doesn’t make it to a second season, I’ll be devastated. The fox show “Pitch” was brilliant but unfortunately didn’t make it after the first season.
