well they are gamer doctors who play video games to do surgery and if you hate that idea youre not going to like this ... .. but its also absolutely incredibly well written and touched my heart in ways i didnt know were possible . i hated this show for the first handful of episodes, so dont let its slightly bumpy beginning fool you into thinking its just a wacky gamer show for children - its a really polished , endearing execution of a very very weird idea. it gets extremely dark in ways that slot into the world perfectly , and carries a wonderful charming cast that will make you feel a lot of different emotions . i have never seen a show that starts off this "so bad it's good" and then evolves into being actually extremely emotionally moving and enjoyable . its a wonderful unique experience you should sink yourself into if you find the time
