I started watching The Orville out of curiosity coz I'm a nerd and a huge Star Trek fan. It turned out to be one of the best Star Trek spinoffs ever.
The show is a comedic yet allegorical representation of our society, it's flaws and provides us with an external perspective on how it would be if we were united as a species.
