This movie is absolutely superb. I've always hated the unfair reviews that so-called professional critics give amazing movies such as The Road to Eldorado and I fear that this movie has fallen into the pile of badly reviewed movies. Though the animation itself is a bit outdated, the story, acting, props and lack of annoying tropes and blind protagonists truly make up for it. As a member of the LGBTQ+, I can confirm that the gay rep is nothing short of fabulous. The LGBTQ+ lead is far from a stereotype! In my opinion, it's a solid 9.5/10. The outdated animation is the only thing that takes away from it. I highly recommend buying it either for a Christmas present or even yourself.
