A very emotional and touchy movie. Everyone acted so well especially Sonakshi, Ranveer and the Zamindar babu. The song ' Sanwar loon' and baul sangeet 'Monta re' is so mersmerizing and fits beautifully with the theme. At the end, Varun's expression of regrets and true love for Pakhi reinstates sweet Pakhi's belief in true love adding new life and happiness to her soul. However, I feel that we like to watch what we want to see in our real lives as well, stories with happy ending. I wish Pakhi didn't have a non curable disease ( at that time) and Varun, not being convicted of murder as well, so that the sentence would have been less severe. I personally would have liked to see the end of the movie as Varun coming back to Pakhi spending his sentence in jail and Pakhi getting healed and waiting for him and finally reuniting to spend the rest of their lives together!
