I recently got all the ZZ Top records I was missing to practice harp to. This album I already had. "Got to get paid" is one of the most adventurous cuts I their catalog. I really appreciate that the Top don't shy away from "un p.c." lyrics. It's a killer record. I think, comparing them to anything else out there, every record by ZZ Top get 5 stars...this one for sure. I WOULD have enjoyed every song on the record going on this production direction, but it's all killer, no filler.

I play harp in Cactus since 2005, thoughI think of myself as a bassist first, this is my most high profile gig now. I practice harp to either James Brown StarTime or ZZ Top...just caught up with about 5 records I didn't have...the last 5...all of them are great.
