A modern classic, a must see film for any Tarantino fans. This movie is a much better companion to "Reservoir Dogs" and "Pulp Fiction" than the amazingly bad and disappointing "Jackie Brown".

Not as good or in the same class as "Pulp Fiction" or "Inglorious Basterds" but better than "Jackie Brown" or "The Hateful Eight". It is a middle of the road Tarantino movie, not his best work but still much better than 95% of the stuff Hollywood produces. It is definitely an "I own the Blu-ray" movie and worth seeing for the performances of DiCaprio and Pitt if for no other reason. It is a fascinating look at what the world was like before I was born. Born in the early 70's all that peace and love stuff was already long gone by the time I was old enough to start remembering things. I sometimes wished I had been born a little earlier so I could have witnessed this time in history but thanks to Tarantino I can at least get a glimpse of what it was like.
