This is supposed to be as it says in the opening credits “based on the characters created by ...”. Well the only thing based on the characters created by is the name. While I don’t have an issue with the series I do have an issue with HBO bs in appreciation of a “title” and them making something that’s about as true to the original as ducks are to iPhones much like Watchmen was”. It’s just click bait for television. Look if HBO wants to make an original series they should have enough honesty to come up with an original title.

It’s just not very good. It’s a soap opera
