This book was written by a gerontology classmate of mine. Kallol Bhattacharyya is a physician who practiced 20 years in his native country, India. He enrolled in grad school at Georgia State University to study gerontology in an effort to improve his understanding of the aging process and ultimately learn how to better serve that population.
Kallol covers many aspects of the aging transition and offers keen insight on how society can implement changes that can provide support to both care receivers and care providers. This book is an important addition to my gerontology library, and one I will refer to frequently.
