Amateur direction was evident throughout the film. The Burari Deaths set a standard that this documentary successfully destroyed. Good direction can even make a documentary on chain snatching or bicycle theft far more engaging than this.

its a wonderful movie, it tells us the purpose of our lives. Meaningful movie. I think it's hard to convey the same message and meaning through animation and they successfully did it. sorry to say but i was not a big fan of animated movies but this movie and its message completely changed my thinking about animation.... congratulations to the whole team of SOul... must watch... kudos to Pete Docter... seriously hats off man....
