I loved Seed and even Destiny had some positives. So I hoped for more of the same but I was disapointed by the movie. I still gave it 3 stars because the animation is a step up and the soundtrack had its moments. But overall the movie was too crowded with the multitude of characters and everything felt so rushed. The battle scenes were too frantic and it's hard to enjoy the battles because of that. Maybe I am just getting older and my brain is getting slower, who knows. In summary, the charisma of the old series could have been captured better by focusing on less characters and tuning down the high-speed battle crazieness.

Just re-watched the movie and I must say it is really good. Plenty of fun and a likeable cast. The story is as basic as it gets but the movie is not about logic but situational comedy. Love the fact that we see so many big names such Tom Cruise, etc. In my opinion a good movie has to have plenty of scenes that you can watch over and over again and this one does have that.

Absolute top show. You feel like you want to be in this universe that has been created. That is when you know that a show is truly good. A true work of love.

Absolute classic anime that touches the heart. It has romance and a fantastical quest in a real life location (Tokyo) with plenty of transformations/action. A combination that works so well. World building is nice and you feel like you want to live in the show. If you can say that, a anime (or any show) has done its job. A show from a time when anime creators still knew how to make you wait for the key emotional moments (when some long-kept secret gets revealed, for example) and then deliver in style.

Just watchable. I had no emotionally captivating moments. A lot of woke ideology in there as well - seems like nobody can keep them out of today's movies I guess. Yes, there is a batman, yes he fights, yes there is a villain. Yes to many things but none of them very particularly good.

One of the best all around anime in my book. The story is gripping and the music really helps (very grand and emotional at times). Many modern anime shows have endless comedic relief (weird faces, gags, etc.) while Gundam Seed keeps it serious which is a good thing. The characters are likeable and I felt for many of them when they had their own little dilemmas during the course of the show. Very well dubbed in English as well. I would say that this is (and Gundam Wing) are the 2 most satisfying Gundam series out there.

My first Ghibli movie and I am very disappointed. A lot of things are not explained. The pacing is off. Weird things happen and you are expected to just swallow them because it is a fantasy movie? No, sorry, that's not how it works. Even a fantasy movie has to make sense. I have seen cheap, shallow anime series that were more entertaining. The only thing that was pleasing was the landscape drawings in the film - very nicely done. But story wise this film leaves (too) much to be desired,

Don't waste your time. Please. The plot could have worked but the execution of the details is absolutely terrible. For whatever reason the actors cannot or don't want to act in way to get you emotionally invested. Everything feels shallow and cheap. It feels like the director said: "Come on, hurry up and get this thing shot. It's good enough. I just want to get out of here"

Absolute beauty of a movie. Very moving and gripping. All that a movie should be. Great acting with many, many powerful scenes that will leave all choked up.

Not a great game at all and here is why: There is just no depth to the battles. And I hope you like grinding because that is what this game is designed to have you do. I have played many RPGs in my lifetime and this one feels like the battle mechanics were an afterthought. The male main character is just plain bad. They tried to make him the cool looking guy with headphones type and that just does not cut it for me. The game makes you live through every single day of the school year and that is a long time and very linear. Sorry, no short cuts if you try to get it over with faster. You will sit through 80-90 hours before you can celebrate beating the end-boss. The only saving grace were some of the social links and the ending which is positive and uplifting. I honestly think the game has a "Stockholm Syndrome" thing going on where many players only like the game because it took them hostage for so long.
