I was a huge fan of the original and was nervous to watch the new one... BUT-I LOVED it. I love the original for what it was but the new one brings in a lot of the great things from the original and ties in new modern lingo, technology, science, politics, and current social issues. These witches are relatable to a completely new fan base while staying relatable to an evolving fan base from the original. This reboot made me laugh, cry, feel nervous, and feel entertained. I watched the whole thing in about three days. I need more. But I’ll never stop watching the original either. They are both great for what they are meant for. If you want a show that “coninues” the story of the Halliwells then you’ll be disappointed. I know the original actresses weren’t thrilled with the reboot but I don’t put much weight behind their opinions because they are the originals and they seem a bit bitter
