Good film.Too bad it was a failure at the Box Office/streaming.I went to theaters and saw it expecting to see the Snyderverse fandom there.It was mostly empty, the theater..Where were Snyderverse fandom then?Probably at home busy reviewbombing another fandoms Love.Godzilla vs Kong.JL cut is fantastic.Be patient as it’s runtime is excessive yet gives this story more poetry.More depth for the characters.Joss Whedon cut captured the flavor of the comics more than Snydercut did to be sure.Vastly different films.One comicbook like, and the other,longer cut being more dark,political.Watch both versions to see which you think are the better.Superhero films need not forget fun and escapism like so many films have,today.Like the disasters of Disneys Star Wars sequel trilogy, but, that is another story.

The best video game made so far based on a classic movie monster.Also the best hide and seek style game as well. The story acts as both a sequel to the first film and a prequel to Aliens and the look and feel of it all harkens back to Ridley Scott’s Original Alien.. from corridors to engine rooms, facehuggers, and creepy androids…to the Alien itself, a marvelous, almost devilish,A.I., that is adaptable to your every move… don’t hide in the same place twice, nor wait to long in another…prepare your wits for the ultimate showdown between a Ripley and an Alien..in the war of survivalists,only one will win… and in space, on sevestapol… the Alien can hear you…. Scream. 2 thumbs up for Alien Isolation.5 out of 5 on the Zenomorph scale.Fans and Artists lovingly worked on Alien Isolation and it shows… rip Dan O’ Bannon.
