I think it's better than ur typical rap these days. I've only listened to OUT WEST, so when I say this, i'm not talking on the whole album. I've listened to rap for a a decade and a quarter now, so for me, it's easy to hear when an artist puts work and dedication into the message their rap might have, and it's seems like OUT WEST is one of those where the artist put that consideration in.
