I found the premise interesting and liked the performances of Elliott, Chad and Old Ass.

As an American, I was not aware of Nolly's story. Helena Bonham Carter captured her character's anguish and attempt at reinvention. I love to watch her face. I'm sad that this was only a three-part limited series.

Romantic yearning personified. Your heart could break seeing how much Nora always meant to the pre-teen boy left behind when her family immigrated from Korea to Canada. Nora's husband Arthur appreciates the specialness of these childhood friends finally meeting in New York City after 20 years. He feels like his presence is the only obstacle to their seemingly predestined love. But the young man realizes that Nora needed a bigger stage. And that she was the one who always leaves, until she decided to stay -- with Arthur. This is a beautiful film whose reputation should grow.

Interesting film. I didn't nod off watching it, which is always a plus. But the dialogue was hard to hear over the too loud score. That was especially frustrating near the end of the film. Therefore, I didn't fully understand what happened to the Moore character and "Max."

A couple never to be together remember how much they still love each other on New Year's Eve in other cities, married to other people. It touched my heart. The soundtrack added so much.
We see the dissolving world of an old man -- a father, whose daughter cares for him - as he descends into the final stages of his dementia. Anthony Hopkins is Anthony and Olivia Colman is his daughter .

Too slow. Dimly lit. Took too long for a plotline to materialize.
