The way the game calculates your stats is broken. There is no stat sheet you can look at to figure out your baseline stats at any level. Let that sink in, the Loot in a looter shooter is broken. Your power level is just an arbitrary number. The gameplay can be fun but you'll burn out fast running the same things over and over for the pointless loot I mentioned above.
