So basicaly bunch of unequiped and untrained police officers goes into the building to be heroes, ends up becoming the people who needs saving, after hours and hours of rescuing them, they get praised for their "heroic" deeds even thou they did nothing and only get things worse then they were at the begining (they could use those men to save the people who were in the building in the first place). Worst plot ever.
