I passed by this movie multiple times and then I saw that Ron Howard was involved. It is an excellent movie. Although told from the stand point of a “hillbilly” family, their issues cross any color/racial lines. JD had me emotional the entire movie. Being caught between love for his mom/family and a new lease on life was riveting.
