No thanks. I was hopeful going in with this interpretation of the story. Being a child whose mother named her after Wendy, I was raised on the story and any film from the Pan world. Honestly it was so boring. It just drug on. I won’t be purchasing this one.

Not a bad watch overall. Explosions, monsters, and character death in droves. What’s missing...I’d like to have seen interaction amongst the characters a bit before their imminent cataclysmic watery event. Nora, ( and I loved Kristen S. as Nora) the captain, Paul(T. J. Miller great comic relief) , and the token oceanic love couple Emily and Liam ,( jessica Henwick and John Gallagher) could’ve been fleshed out more making it a more wrenching and unnerving experience you went through with them. Still, again, not a bad watch.

Sequels are always hard to do and have them meet fan expectations. They did pretty well on this one. If you liked the first one you WON’T be disappointed. I loved getting to see our fun foursome and what they were up to. ( it’s been ten years after all. ) getting a bit more into their existence was cool. We also get a few new humanoids in the mix. Nice seeing that there are more folks kickin round in Z land. There are lots of references to the first movie and that may not be everyone’s cup of tea I found it super LOL worthy. So cardio up and go see it. 😬💀🖤
