Absolutely love this game despite some minor issues. The world is rich in lore, the gameplay is fun and the mechanics just work. A cyberpunk game that launched more successfully than that ‘other’ Cyberpunk game in my view. The pros: Fun gameplay Enough lore to keep you interested Good character modification Lots of Different guns Level design that make me want to leave the game on as a screensaver it’s that beautiful. Challenging bosses. Cons: The game has bugs. A few bugs too that almost put me off. The main one I came across is when switching from co-op play to single player. Something happened where mission objectives didn’t pop up for me. I had to start another character as I couldn’t progress the main story. Sometimes I can’t quit to main menu. I have to fully quit the game to get to the main menu The various systems that you use in the game could do with some clearer explanations. It can be quite a confusing little world. For example, i didn’t realise there were energy weapons until I needed them against bots. I then saw that different weapons have an icon highlighted that specifies it’s type. You can’t even hover over the icons for a little description of what it signifies. Other than that it has been a really fun game to pick up and play in both single player and co-op modes. It has a modern retro feel to it, which sounds strange but those that have played it will understand what I mean. One of the best on Gamepass so far.
