Great show, but the canadian boss I watched did not learn enough. The older man he worked with that he paid one years mortgage so he could spend more time with his disabled son shouldn't have a mortgage anymore. The guy who had inherited everything he owned should have bought the man his home and retired him in addition to giving his son a hefty educational fund. Now he has given away money he didn't even earn and he struts around feeling like a philanthropist.
