I always got blown away by Lee Young Ae. Her portrayal of Saimdang suit very well with the said character. This drama once again took me to the beautiful Korean culture. I love that it was made very clean, even to the intense part where Saimdang and Lee Gyum bid final goodbye, there was no hugging and kissing scenes but I can feel the intensity of their love burning for each other.
