State-run "Le journal de 20 heures" is still my go-to source for French broadcast/streaming news, but the news stories seem to be more and more biased in favor of the government. Laurent Delahousse and Nathalie Saint-Cricq are excellent journalists. Anne-Sophie Lapix does an adequate job as anchor. Former anchor David Pujadas, who I consider to be the Walter Cronkite of French news, was replaced soon after President Macron took office. Likewise, meteorologist Philippe Verdier was suddenly replaced when he expressed his views on climate change that didn't match those of President Hollande.
