I love this movie. Is it predictable...yes. But what's wrong with that? It reflects "the good guy" with "a heart of gold" coming out on top which is not representative of real life in general, but perhaps that is why entertainment like this is needed. It has several genuinely funny moments, as well as a few sweet and caring moments. If a person wants greater "reality" in their viewing they need to just watch the evening news and see how too many people are treating each other in real life. Maybe those people need to watch and learn a tad of things from Crown for Christmas.
